MevoLife aims to help you simplify the process of online service delivery and that is where the Screening module comes into action. As soon as the client books any session with you, you can enquire about some basic details at the time of connection to avoid time taking discussion during the session.

Follow the below steps to create a PARQ form attached to your digital profile which will be displayed to any client who tries to connect with you or book your services.

  • In the vitals tab, choose from the pre-set added fields by simply enabling them using the toggle.
  • Use the option, MANDATORY if you want the client to answer a specific field that is added to the form.
  • Create your own fields to be added to the PARQ form using the + option on the top right.

Once the screening form is drafted, whenever any new client books a session he can simply fill in the form in the app to provide all the basic information to conduct the session effectively and efficiently.
