Workout Planner

The plan builder module in the MevoLife platform helps you to create standard workout, diet, or habit plans which can be assigned to new or existing clients with a client. Pre-build your plans and assign them to clients as it is or with editing details in a few seconds. You can also directly sell the plans created using the Fitness Store module.

Follow the below steps to create workout plans for your clients or individual sellable digital goods using the below steps:

  • Select the exercises to create workouts. You can either use a checkbox or drag and drop feature to select exercises for the workout.
  • If you wish to add your own videos, click the “Add Exercise Video” option. All the exercises added by you can be found under the tab My Data.
  • Use the heart icon to mark the exercises as your favorite to create workout plans. You can easily find the selected exercises under the “Fav” option.
  • Sort the exercise list from A to Z or vice versa using the A>Z option available next to the fav option.
  • Change the view of the exercise list from List to Grid view using the square icon next last in the list.
  • Once you have shortlisted the exercise you want to use to create a workout click on the “Create Workout” option to move to the next step.
  • Input the name & image of the workout plan.
  • Edit the set, reps, and rest options against each exercise based on the requirements. Along with this, you can also add notes per exercise or notes for the entire workout.
  • Click on the Save button to land on the exercise tab.
  • Once the Workout is created you can mark the same as a favorite, download the workout PDF, share the PDF, or assign the workout plan to clients added to the software.
  • You can also create multiple workouts using the same workout plan by clicking on the copy option in the menu. If you wish to delete the workout, it will only work in the case when the selected workout is not assigned to any client.
  • If you wish to use the advanced version, you can select multiple workouts to create a week/fortnight, or month-long workout plan.
  • To create a routine, click on the workout plans you wish to select and then click on the “Create Routine” option.
  • Enter the routine name and image.
  • Add the number of days for which you want to create a routine.
  • Select each day and drag and drop the workouts from the top tab to the bottom to input the workouts on selected days.
  • Click on the “Create Routine” button to save the created routine to your account.
  • Once the workout routine is saved, you can either mark it as a fav, download the PDF, assign it to a client, or share it directly through the link as per your requirement.
