Payments Manager

With MevoLife, you can build up your own payment link to get direct payments from your clients, vendors, and suppliers online with encryption and security. The platform allows you to receive payments with or without invoices.

Payments with Invoice

Follow the below steps to get payment corresponding to outstanding invoices created using the billing software on the platform:

Click on the Get Payment button.
Select the outstanding invoice related to which you want to receive the payment.
Choose the mode of payment - Online payment is received through MevoLife and Offline payment refers to cash or POS settlements.
Select the client from the client list to whom you want to send the payment link.
Input the services availed for which you are requesting the payment.
Enter the total amount and check the partial payment box to allow part payment against the selected invoice.
Copy the payment link and share it with the payee to get the outstanding amount cleared in no time.

Payments without Invoice

Choose the payment without invoice radio button option.
Choose the payment mode - online or offline.
Select the contact from your contact list to send the payment link.
Input the services availed for which you are requesting the payment.
Enter the total amount and check the partial payment box to allow part payment against the selected invoice.
Copy the payment link and share it with the payee to get the outstanding amount cleared in no time.

Direct Payment

The direct payment tab shows the payment received directly through your online link without any invoice.
Once your payment link is created you can use it and share the same to receive direct payments for your services from your clients, vendors, or other service providers.
