Spinach, Papaya & Pear Smoothie

Who doesn’t love a fresh green smoothie? Checkout this recipe of spinach, papaya and pear which is packed with spinach & sweetened with pear & papaya.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup roughly chopped ripe avocado

  • 1 ½ cups roughly chopped spinach

  • 1 cup roughly chopped pears (unpeeled)

  • 1 cup roughly chopped apple (unpeeled)

Method

Combine all the ingredients in a mixer along with 1 cup of chilled water and blend till smooth.
