Paneer Sandwich

Paneer Sandwich is a great vegan breakfast option and it can prepare easily and quickly. This protein-packed sandwich is also a great option for light meals or evening snacks.


Cottage cheese, grated, ½ small cup

Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped

Paprika, 1 tsp

Coriander powder, 1 tsp

Salt & pepper to taste

Brown bread, 2 pieces


1. Mix the above ingredients.

2. Take a bread slice and put a layer of the above mixture. Top with another slice. Grill well for 5 minutes or until nice and crisp. serve hot.
