Ingredients

  • 10g Ground Flax Seeds

  • 1.5 tsp Almond Butter

  • ⅓ Avocado

  • 3 Dates

  • ½ Banana

  • 1 Glass Milk

  • ½ tsp raw cocoa powder

Method

1. Peel the avocado and remove the core.

2. Peel and chop the banana.

3. Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.

4. Serve in a glass & enjoy.
