My own fitness and wellness journey over the last 12 years (and counting) in combination with 3 years of personal training experience allows me to put myself in my clients’ shoes to ensure they’re getting the most out of their time and effort. As a pre-med student and Varsity Cheerleader at UNC Chapel Hill, I received a dual B.S. degree in Neuroscience and Applied Physiology. My time in undergrad fostered my appreciation and fascination with the human body, which led me to become an NASM Certified Personal Trainer. My services are meant to be customizable for an individual's specific needs, goals, and fitness level. This includes customized meal plans, workouts, and habit building techniques with regularly scheduled check-ins to ensure each client is getting a personalized experience. Aside from a great workout or nutrition plan, communication is also extremely important to me. I make myself available to my clients via my personal cell to make certain they are fully supported in any day to day questions or needs/concerns.
