BOOKING MANAGEMENT

The MevoLife platform allows you to effortlessly manage all your online, in-person, and phone session bookings. The booking slots are created based on the work slots and sessions activate in the schedule section. Bookings can only be done with connected clients. Follow the below steps to accept, decline, and manage your client bookings through this platform:

Create and Manage Bookings

You can create a new booking on behalf of your client through the platform. Click on the + button to create a new booking. Select the session type, choose the client, input the booking details, and select the payment mode to send the booking request to the client. If you wish to receive the payment online select the payment mode online and if you wish to receive the payment of the booking in cash or POS choose the manual mode.
Once you click on book now button, the booking request is sent to the client and the booking request is shown in the pending tab.
After the client accepts the booking the tab is moved to upcoming bookings.

The open tab shows the remaining bookings of the weekly and monthly sessions booked by the clients. You can place the request for the session to complete the same and also client can book the pending sessions at their convenience.
All the bookings which have been successfully completed are shown in the completed tab.
All the bookings which have been canceled due to your unavailability, unavailability of the client, or unavailability of both parties are shown in the canceled tab.
Click on the sync with Google button to sync all the upcoming bookings in your Google calendar.
