Look no further for a gluten-free dessert. Checkout the recipe of these gluten free black bean brownies which are totally flourless and perfect to satiate your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • 15 oz black beans

  • 1/4 cup oats

  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa

  • 8 packets sweetener

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup egg whites

Method

1. Put all of the ingredients into a food processor.

2. Blend until you have a smooth mixture.

3. Pour the mixture in a baking pan.

4. Bake for 30-45 minutes at 350 °F (175 °C).

5. Slice & serve
