3 Pieces Portabella Mushroom
1 Clove Garlic Minced
¼ Cup Minced Spinach
¼ Cup Minced Tomatoes
¼ Cup Minced Carrots
¼ Cup Minced Onions
2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
Salt & Pepper
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Brush mushroom with cooking oil and bake mushrooms in the preheated oven until tender, about 12 minutes. Drain any juice that has formed in the mushrooms.
3. Mix in garlic, spinach, tomatoes, carrots and onions altogether seasoned with salt and pepper.
4. Divide spinach mixture over mushroom caps. Continue baking until topping is golden brown
