Stir Fry Tofu & Veggies with
Brown Rice

1 block Tofu, strained & sliced
Coarsely chop 2 cups fresh cabbage
Sliced 1 cup sweet red pepper
1 medium carrot, sliced
Coarsely chop 1 bunch of broccoli
1 sliced onion
Coarsely chop 3 cloves garlic
Oyster Sauce, 2 tbsp
Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp
Pepper, black, 1 dash
Garlic powder, 1 tsp
Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup
Water, 4 fl oz
1. Cook brown rice according to package directions.
2. Heat sesame oil and add onions and fresh garlic. Stir fry until onions are translucent. Add fresh broccoli and cabbage, stirring occasionally. Season with garlic powder and black pepper to taste.
3. Add 2 fl. oz. of water and remaining vegetables. Add 2 tbsp. of oyster sauce and remaining 2 fl. oz. of water and stir until oyster sauce has mixed well with all ingredients. Add firm tofu until the last minute or two of cooking time and cover. Take the pan off heat and stir before serving.
