1 head red cabbage, shredded
1 tbsp soy sauce
5 baby carrots, julienned
2 tbsp rice vinegar
½ tbsp hot chili sesame oil
3 scallions, sliced
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 small onion, sliced
1. In a bowl, toss together cabbage, scallions, onions and baby carrots.
2. To make the dressing, whisk together hot chili sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, cilantro, white vinegar and sesame oil.
3. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss. Serve!
