18 oz boned and skinless chicken
1 cup onion, chopped
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp curry powder
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes
6 cups fat free chicken broth
½ cup tomato paste
2 cups stewed tomatoes
½ cup raw peanut butter
1. Heat sesame oil over medium heat in a large pot and saute' chicken.
2. Add onions and garlic and cook until onions become translucent and then add all other ingredients.
3. Cook until heated and the ingredients are done.
