Mushroom Soup

Mushrooms, fresh, 150 grams
Milk, 2%, 1 cup
Corn Starch 1 tsp
Garlic powder ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp
1. In a sauce pot , add a teaspoon of oil, Let the pan get hot, then put the mushrooms in and saute on high till golden on the sides. Salt lightly, add in 2 tbsp water, let simmer and reduce down for a few minutes.
2. When half of the water is evaporated - mix cornstarch, with the milk, garlic and extra salt (don't over do it). Then pour mixture into the mushrooms, still on high.
3. Keep stirring until the soup thickens. Just pour in a bowl then top with the grated Parmesan Cheese. Enjoy.
