Mocha Almond Coconut Protein Smoothie

This easy smoothie is made with healthy, wholesome ingredients like almond milk, protein powder and coffee granules. This recipe makes a perfect breakfast or snack for those on low-carb diets.


½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

½ cup cold coffee

1 tsp. coconut extract

1 cup ice

2 scoops non-dairy/vegan vanilla protein powder

1 tsp instant coffee granules

2 tbsp cocoa powder

½ cup shredded sweetened coconut

2 tbsp sugar

Whipped cream, for garnish


Combine all ingredients in a blender, and pulse until smooth. Serve immediately!
