Instant Breakfast Oatmeal Mix is a good source of fiber and iron. Making the process of this healthy recipe is very easy. So enjoy your breakfast with this homemade instant mix.

Ingredients

1 cup nonfat dry milk powder

1 cup confectioners' sugar

⅔ cup brown sugar

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (optional)

½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

½ teaspoon ground cardamom

Method

1. FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE INSTANT MIX : Combine the powdered milk, confectioners' sugar, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, and cardamom in a bowl. Stir to mix thoroughly, and store in an airtight container.

2. HOW TO MAKE YOUR INSTANT BREAKFAST OATMEAL: For every serve of the oatmeal, you would need about 2/3 cups of QUICK OATS and 2 Tbsp of this INSTANT MIX. Just add boiling water to these or until you reach the desired consistency. Top with your favorite fruit toppings and nuts/seeds.
