Herb & Garlic Roasted Potatoes

Herb and garlic roasted potato is the easiest and the most delicious way to eat crisp potato flavored with lots of garlic, paprika and thyme!


1 tsp oregano leaves

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt to taste

1 tsp thyme

2 pounds baby red potatoes, diced

3 tbsp olive oil


1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Mix oregano, paprika, thyme, sea salt and garlic powder in a bowl. Set aside.

2. Toss potatoes with oil in a separate bowl. Sprinkle seasoning mixture over potatoes. Toss to coat well. Spread potatoes in a single layer on a foil-lined baking pan.

3. Bake until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
