Ingredients

  • ½ Banana

  • 1 Cup Strawberries

  • 2 Tbsp Flaxseed Meal

  • 1 Cup Vanilla Soy Milk (Low-Fat)

Method

Place the banana, strawberries, flax seed meal, & soy milk into a blender. Puree until smooth.
