Edamame Avocado Dip is a healthy yummy dip. Edamame is a rich source of healthy fiber, antioxidants, and vitamin K. Dip can serve with any crackers, vegetable tray, chips etc.


6 oz shelled edamame

½ onion, chopped

½ cup tightly packed cilantro

2 tbsp olive oil

1 large avocado, peeled, pitted and cubed

1 lemon, juiced

1 tbsp chili-garlic sauce

Salt and pepper to taste


1. Place the edamame, onion, cilantro, and olive oil into a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped.

2. Add the avocado, lemon juice, and chili-garlic sauce; season to taste with salt and pepper. Puree until smooth.

3. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
