Cauliflower Rice with Fried Tofu is a low-carb vegan recipe. Which is great for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower, Boiled

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • Salt & Pepper To Taste

  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

  • 200 g Water

  • 3 Pieces Tofu

  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

Method

1. Boil cauliflower into the water. Once cook, remove the stems.

2. After getting the heads, drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.

3. In a saucepan, heat vegetable oil. Toss in tofu once oil is hot. Fry until cooked.

4. Serve tofu with cauliflower rice.
