¾ cup Old Fashioned Oats

1 cup finely shredded carrots

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ cup dates, pitted and chopped

⅓ cup finely chopped almonds

⅓ cup coconut flakes

Method

1. Stir together first 5 ingredients.

2. Form the dough into tablespoon-sized balls, dip in coconut flakes, and refrigerate an hour before eating.
