½ Broccoli, cut, blanch
¼ Onions, minced
2 Almonds, halves
1. Blanch broccoli into boiling water with salt to make it crispy.
2. Once broccoli is blanched, mixed it together with raisins, almonds and onions.
3. Mix in granulated sugar into vinegar, soybean oil and flaxseed oil and then pour in the vegetable mixture.
