Bean on the Island Salad

To stay fit your body Salad can play a major role in our body but if anyone consumes one type of salad every day he must be bored. So try out this colourful healthy Bean on the island salad.


1 can (14.5 ounces) black beans

1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks

1 kiwi, diced

1 cup premixed broccoli slaw

½ green pepper, diced

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 tsp honey

Juice of 1 limePinch red pepper flakes

Pinch salt

1 tbsp pumpkin seeds, for garnish1 tbsp shredded coconut, for garnish


1. Mix black beans, pineapple, pineapple juice, kiwi, broccoli slaw, and green pepper together.

2. Combine mustard, apple cider vinegar, honey, lime juice, red pepper flakes, and salt in a jar and pour over salad.

3. Garnish with pumpkin seeds and coconut.
