These balsamic roasted mushrooms with feta are EASY, quick and flavorful! An incredibly fast and easy side dish, these mushrooms are loaded with flavor and are definitely a must try.
100 gms crumbled Feta cheese
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar dressing
4 flat mushrooms
1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and place them top-side down, on a baking tray. Drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle with thyme.
3. Roast, uncovered, for about 15 mins.
4. Serve the mushrooms sprinkled with cheese.
