Avocado Turkey Mini Wraps. This is a perfect healthy dish for lunch. Avocado is a good source of potassium and magnesium.
4 oz thickly sliced deli turkey (8 slices)
1 small avocado, sliced
1 carrot, shredded
1. Lay each slice of turkey out flat 2 at a time.
2. Put 1/4 of ingredients on each slice.
3. Slowly roll, careful not to break slices.
4. Pin with a toothpick.
5. Eat immediately!
