Apple, Ham & Cheese Panini

Apple, Ham & Cheese Panini is a perfect healthy snack. This recipe is another great way to eat apples. Try this ultimate combination and enjoy your breakfast.


1 tablespoon apple jelly

¼ cup Dijon mustard

8 slices gluten-free bread

8 slices lower-sodium deli ham

4 cheddar cheese slices

1 Apple, Sliced

Butter-flavored cooking spray


1. Preheat panini press.

2. Microwave jelly at HIGH 10 seconds or until it melts. Combine jelly and mustard; spread mixture evenly over 1 side of 4 bread slices. Layer 2 ham slices, 1 cheese slice, and 6 apple slices over mustard mixture on each bread slice; top evenly with remaining bread slices.
