1.5 cups quick-cooking oats
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 pinch salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
cup white sugar
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
In a large bowl, combine oats, vanilla, and salt. Stir in pecans.
In a medium saucepan, mix sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and cocoa.
Bring it to a boil.
Remove from heat, stir in oats.
Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let it cool for 15 minutes.

¼ cup of chia seeds
½ tsp of fine grain sea salt
¼ cup of coconut sugar
1/3 cup of honey or maple syrup
1/3 cup of coconut oil
1 tsp of vanilla extract
½ cup of cocoa powder
3 cups of rolled oats
1 cup of buckwheat
1 ½ cups of coconut flakes
1 cup of hazelnuts (walnuts are also delicious)
Preheat the oven to 350°F / 175°C.
Put oat, buckwheat, coconut flakes, chia seeds, roughly chopped nuts, and coconut sugar in a bowl.
In a small saucepan, melt coconut oil over a low-medium flame.
Add honey or maple syrup, vanilla, salt, and cocoa powder to it. Whisk to combine them to a smooth

Spread mixture out in an even layer on a lined baking sheet and press firmly with the back of a spatula to ensure that the mixture is compact
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven, flip granola in large chunks, and place back in the oven to bake for another 10 minutes, stirring every 3-4 minutes until toasted and fragrant.
